FAQ's

Can I see linens in person?
Come and browse through our inventory, bring a sample centerpiece, or use what we have, display a mock setting.  You will get a true sense of how the linens will look at your event.  Appointments are available upon request.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed during your appointment, via phone or email.  Once your order is received, we will e-mail you a proposal and contract for your review and approval.

How do I confirm my order and secure my event datE?
Orders are secured via a signed contract and a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total rental fee. The remaining balance is adjusted according to final counts and is to be paid one week before the event.

How do I pick up my order?
Orders are available for pick up from our studio at a pre-arranged date and time, to be determined at time of contract.  Linen Lady also offers full service delivery, set up and tear down of your event for additional fees to be determined at time of contract.

What if I need to change my order?
Additions to an order may be made at any time, but additional charges may apply if additional product is needed to add to the existing inventory.  Reductions or cancellations must be made before the deadline date and time on your contract.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be made before the deadline date listed on your contract.  Deposits are non-refundable. A re-stocking fee will be applied if cancellations are made after the deadline date listed on your contract.

Why do you need a credit card on file?
Please understand that once we reserve an order, other orders are turned away to keep our commitment to you. A credit card is required on file in order to secure your commitment to us.  A card is kept on file in lieu of a damage waiver and is to be used in case of loss, damage, cancellation after contract deadline date and re-stocking fees.  Your credit card will not be charged at any time without your consent.  An invoice will be sent to you regarding any related expenses.

Lost/Damaged Linen
All linen rentals are expected to be returned in the same quality and condition as they were sent, i.e.: no tears, rips, holes or wax stains.  Replacement costs will apply to any linen returned rendered unusable.  Refer to Contract for replacement cost for each item.  Damaged items must be returned to Linen Lady and do not become your property.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order.
